Established an in-house UX agency model for the university. Built a centralized design practice that served every school and department, introduced a design system for all digital properties, and led UX training for staff and faculty across the institution.
Led digital strategy for a $1B capital campaign. Directed the web presence supporting the university's largest fundraising initiative, aligning design and content strategy with institutional goals.
Major project leader in the complete overhaul of SCU.edu. Launched the first responsive graduate sites and intranet, including law.scu.edu, modernizing how students, faculty, and prospective applicants interact with the university online.
Transforming a 700-page print publication into a searchable, mobile-friendly digital product.
